GEMA troll with multiple IP ranges

First post here, and not too sure if I should put this in Help or the Blacklist area, so mods can feel free to move this thread if its in the wrong area.

For the past week or so, I've noticed that in the .45 and AoX gema servers, there is some guy going by the names MasterOfVotes, VotesOfMaster, and IRON!ana who seems to spend hours upon hours doing nothing more than killing other players, starting votes to ban for nonsensical reasons, and in general behaving like an ass. The guy has been banned somewhere around 100 times in the past two days (and that's only from what I could see when I was playing) but manages to circumvent the bans within a minute or so.

I don't exactly have a demo or even his IP address (not knowing how to get either of those things), but there are plenty of admins on both servers who saw what he was doing and could probably provide those things if needed.

One last thing, after getting banned enough by a single admin, he likes to join the server, act normally, then once the admin has left start up his antics unopposed.

When the round is over, you can press F10 to get a demo.
To get an IP address, type "/whois CN", where CN is the players client number (you can get this from the scoreboard).

Hey mate, use AoX and .45 forums to advice this, most of the people here don't administrate those gema servers, only clan members... i guess. In addition, gema killers are annoying as teamkillers.

As I already said, Server's owners... update your blacklist! That MasterOfVotes guy is have been reported many times. About IRON!ana is a faker [impersonator]. Is NOT the real IRON!ana. She said that have some IPs but as she doen't have an account on this forums, she will give those IPs to Quico. I'm waiting.

As I already said, Server's owners... update your blacklist!

Yeah in the next 2 weeks .45 will update all their blacklists.
Also think about, that some people don't have time to administrate their servers 24/7, because they have other stuff to do in rl :)

Besides .45 and |AoX|, there is also a silverclouds gema server so it is good to post here though.
