I may have not searched d33p enough in the docs, but is it possible to change the size of the hudgun?

Not entirely true, he could try the mdlscale command...

Edit your weapon's .cfg file and add mdlscale value in there

Ex: mdlscale 150

Yes, it's located in the same folder as the weapon's .md3 file and will be called md3.cfg.

Are you using the default weapon models or a set of modified models ( I ask so I know which ones to edit for you)?

i figured it out. but any resizing makes everything look kinda silly. oh well, guess i should leave well enough alone

Ah, good to hear you figured it out, but sorry on the bad looks (I'm assuming skinny arms and missing faces?).
