Alternative pickups

A set of alternative pickups for AssaultCube, that use actual letters mapmodels to describe every single pickup:
- HP (medikit)
- AMMO (ammobox)
- PISTOL (pistol clip)
- NADE (grenade(s))
- ARMOR (kevlar armour)
- HELMET (helmet, duh)
- AKIMBO (guess)

Why do Helmet and Pistol have same colour? Could be confusing for those who can't read XD

Maybe it could be something like

Health pack - white/light
Grenade - orange/red
Kevlar - yellow/brown
Helmet - green
Pistol - blue
Akimbo - dark grey

I plan to release something updated, with better texture like Cleaner suggested and possibly different colors. Also flags pickups are on their way! ;)

Grenade - YELLOW
Health - WHITE (light)
Helmet - ORANGE
Kevlar - GREEN
Pistol - BLUE

Most primary color to avoid any possible confusion.
