2 was the best by far still.

4 was good.

I hear the later ones kinda fell off but I'm interested in trying the multiplayer elements. Can anyone attest to their efficacy as good games? I'm curious

i doubt you'll like 2 marti. it's more of a nostalgia thing im sure. when i played it the game was the height of achievement for the system. given recent exposure, the game itself may seem awful. but the story line was still good, and novel at the time.

I'm not terribly good at vidja games but 4 was awesome to finish and replay. Before I mailed the game to my brother, I got to the part, in 4, where you are in the castle and have a crank to deal with while crap just seems to keep spawning. Ran out of ammo before I realized they just kept spawning. So I got frustrated and knifed the prez's daughter (Ashely?).
