Quick Note: This user has a dynamic IP address, also as I followed him from server to server, he was able to abuse a glitch which allowed him to forcefully fail ban votes without admin. A common glitch I seen before.

While this is mostly true, if a video proves conclusively that someone is cheating, of course it will be accepted. Windows boxes running multiple servers will still have the bug where demos can be overwritten with the wrong game and these servers (eg. "[open|server...") make me start Fraps if I see a cheat.

Regarding Best-Player, s/he was previously blacklisted as Iamamaster , but usually plays as Producer.T.K. Here are the ranges I have for him/her:
