IRC blocked [RESOLVED]

Hello, I have been connecting to AC IRC without any problem till today that I just get DC by recieving this error. could anyone help? :

This block has been put in place by Quakenet, the IRC network, not AC specifically. It probably happened because someone with the same ISP as you abused their network in some way.
As suggested, your options are to use a real IRC client, not the web interface, or to log in to a Quakenet account using the 'Log into Q' button.
