How to port foward in mikrotik again?

HI guys....my port i just fowarded was deleted by my dad..so, i want to port foward again but i forgot the instruction i just have....can anyone help me?

TCP packets:
/ip firewall nat add action=dst-nat chain=dstnat dst-port=<Port to portforward from> in-interface=<WAN interface> protocol=tcp to-addresses=<IP address to portforward to> to-ports=<Port to portforward to>
UDP packets:
/ip firewall nat add action=dst-nat chain=dstnat dst-port=<Port to portforward from> in-interface=<WAN interface> protocol=udp to-addresses=<IP address to portforward to> to-ports=<Port to portforward to>

Last parameter may be omitted, if you don't need it

It didn't work....i remember the last instruction put a masquarade after dst actions....

But I forgot the first instruction...

Well i tried it and it didn't work at all...

I open the all links and follow instruction and then didn't worked at all...

Have you tried a factory reset then try the instructions on the wiki again?
