Can not get wiki account info

Hey there. I tried resetting my password for my Wiki account and I keep getting this error.

Someone needs to correct the owner/group/permissions for that mail log file and then the PHP script will be able to send you a new password.

That file, /var/log/allmail.log, doesn't exist, and I didn't want to just create it without being certain of why mediawiki or php didn't create it, or have it point to the right mail log. Google wasn't much help. I'll let aerke or RK take a look at it.
