Find out what the actual number (0x00...) is. Take a screenshot if it makes it easier.
What were you doing when it crashed? Did you try to load a map or take a screenshot or something?

Often installing the current graphics drivers helped other users. What graphics card do you have? Do you know if your drivers are up to date?
