I want to clarify that this is also NoVa, Qontrol or any other stupid name he has used. My proof is that he was in -dyH| at one point so he signed into our forums. I think he must have a Dynamic IP because his last two digits change all the time. He made another account on our forums and it has the same first 2 digits.

Yes, it is. I assumed this was well-known, from the FyD thread. He does have an extremely dynamic IP, covering many ranges, so I'm not going to post them for fear of officious server owners banning half a dozen regular players.
