Outline of scoreboard

Just wondering how I change the "edges" of my scoreboard? (like SKB client)
Is there a file etc etc?

You will have to know a bit of OpenGL and modify the source code yourself, no other way.

Have more than 1 million ping, there is more space between columns like that.
