Ronald, one thing would to be to have known them for a while and friends, I guess. Strangers to the clan wanting to join might be a little harder I guess, but we treat everyone fairly.
Cactus, if you see any with Spirit, please tell them to change their name. Mostly because I was the first person (if I can recall) to be named Spirit (SpiRiT).
I have a capital S, R & T, so you might tell the difference. :)
