Server Leaderboard Question

Hey howdy gents, I have a question. We're doing a kinda sorta tournament thing, LAN only for our shop, and we want to put a leaderboard/ghost gameplay up on a TV above the game area. We tried the GUI server, but honestly what I'd really like is just the in-game leaderboard up over active gameplay, maybe switching between characters. Does anybody know of any utilities out there that can do that, or just know how to hack it to keep the leaderboard up on screen? Thank you kindly in advance.
