Get "defend the flag" event in logs
#1
Hi all,
I would like to get the "you defended the flag" event in logs (for my ladder). Is it possible ? How to do it ?
Thanks ;)

EDIT : and I don't want to use syslog. ;)

Verbose logging doesn't enable it?¿

Funny DrauL. Think about it, how would the client know if you killed someone close to the flag? And if it were client sided, people would cheat.

enabling verbose mode doesn't change anything
I had a look to the source, I can't find any logline call related to this.

And I fixed the thread subject (it's not defend the lag, but defend the flag :D)

It wouldn't matter if you did want to use syslog Luc@S, it doesn't show with -LS0 (debug logging).

This message is not printed in the logs... but I can create a server switch to enable this...

What about making this option also available for your score? Like if you're certain cubes away from your flag and you kill someone you get points?

it's already the case, that's why I ask
config your AC correctly and you will see you get a "you defended the flag" when you kill someone near your flag ;)
