My list is not loading, connect with only ip, mys, one, servers publics, etc ... Not posted anything against me in the forum, could someone answer me what happened please?

Server said I was banned, why? I've always been a player honest, clean, never used any illegal program. I'm playing assault cube to 3 years, and of a sudden I'm banned for no reason. PLEASE, HELP-ME!

First of all don't use bold unless you are emphasizing a specific word or phrase, otherwise it just irritates everyone's eyes and it's harder to read. Second, you are probably caught in a range ban unless you hacked any time recently, so wait for jamz to pop up and tell you what's up.

74.115... and 199.255... are banned proxy ranges which you thought you could use to evade your ban, so you then got a completely new IP.
