Windows Switching glitch

I can play AC fine in Windows 7, however if I click rapidly it exits to my desktop, but AC is minimized and still running. It happens whenever I click really fast. What is going on, and how can I fix this? It didn't happen in Ubuntu...

It would be nice if the solution was explained, should anyone else have the same issue.

What was found that if the console was expanded to the whole screen, the issue went away.
Finding that out I decided to try /togglegrab, moving the cursor to the center of the screen, and then typing /togglegrab. At least those are the instructions I gave.

right click on the desktop icon and select compatability, and then select "run maximised."
