How to make a windows xp server

HELP ME! I want to create a server for my clan in my opinion there aren't enough! but i dont understand! i need so much help, i have a netgear router and windows xp and i looked up a how to and i need a server wizard. But i checked for it in my system files dont have one! HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you can portforward then rest is very easy process. Use http://portforward.com/ and watch this video to make Server.
