Forgive if this area and incorrect, I would ask directors to allow the creation of an installer for my clan custons to just use my limbs, and will modify or not removei credits of anything, just want to be able to put weapons custons clan name, Clothing and others ...

It's ok if you do not modify AC installer.
You are able to make another installer who adds your mods (files) to your current AC install folder

I am Brazilian, my clan is Brazilian, I want permission to create a custom installer, where I will translate it into Portuguese, and customize some items. I can start creating?

you dont need an installer to change the clothing the player models wear, or to add names to guns or the outfits. you edit images, and just re-add it to the correct folder.
