master server is not replying

Good day, my nickname is Ich, my English is not so good. I translate therefore with GOOGLE. I have only temporarily and permanently now the error message "master server is not replying." If "multiplayer" is clicked and the server list is last updated. I've reinstalled Windows XP on one of my computers. Also, the router I had let out. With disabled firewall and without antivirus software Assault Cube_v1.1.0.4 downloaded and installed. Yet again this error message.
I then started using a USB Stick internet via UMTS Assault Cube, and then it works at Multiplayer. What's the difference? Why not wired? I was banned from the server? If yes but why? I do not use cheats or hacks. Please help me.

You may be range banned. Wait untill Jamz gets here and he will tell you.
The bans work on IP addresses, when you used the USB stick instead of your normal internet, the IP would have changed. (I think)

I'm sorry, but he has cheated again. If you watch the demo, you can see quite clearly how his aim moves very quickly from red player to red player, always going immediately on target.
To play a demo, save it to your /demos/ folder in your AssaultCube folder. It will then be available in-game through the Demo menu.
Unfortunately, I cannot allow you to play and still keep your son banned. I'm very sorry that this has affected your enjoyment of the game, and I hope your son learns a lesson from this.
The usual punishment for a second offence is a permanent ban. I think there will be some discussion here about this case, and I will make a decision based on what I read.

If Ich can demonstrate somehow that his son no longer has access to the internet connection then i would leave the ban at 3 months, it will soon pass and Ich can then play. If not then I say perma ban after all his son has already quite clearly demonstrated that once a hacker always a hacker.

Yes, an aimbot. If you compare Skilly;P's aim to that of other players, you can see that the aim is much more accurate and 'snaps' to the opponents in a very quick motion.

What would I find where in his computer?

I'm happy to say that I have no idea. What is most likely is that your son downloaded a copy of ac_client.exe, which goes into his /bin_win32/ folder. If you compare the size and date of his ac_client.exe with yours, they will probably be different.

Hi jamz, the files in C: \ WINDOWS \ AssaultCube_v1.1.0.4 \ bin_win32 are identical on both computers. Only his "modified" date entries are older. See the screen shots of the two files.

This is starting to frustrate me. Regardless of what you screenshots tell us, your son was cheating.
Your video is near useless. When you play back demos you can cycle through the players with the scroll wheel, and the space bar lets you change the view. Also, proper screen recording software gives a much better look.
Here is a short clip from the demo which incudes two snap-aims to players who are out of sight, and an excellent example of aimbot-indecision in the CLA base. It's at 50% speed; the snap-aims are, in reality, twice as fast.
If you can assure me that any cheats are deleted from your son's computer, and that he has promised never to embarrass you on an international game forum again, and that he will have to stand on your town/city's busiest road junction with a sign that reads "I cheated in an online multiplayer FPS and my cheats were bad and I feel bad.", I'll consider giving him one more chance, from 8 September.

Thank you for being patient with me. I can understand how annoying it would be to be banned from a game because of something my son did.
If possible, in your router configuration, could you block access to UDP TCP port 28760 for his computer? This is the port and protocol that AssaultCube uses to get the server list from assault.cubers.net, and blocking internet addresses and search terms will not affect this.
In these unusual circumstances, and because of your work to ensure your son does not play again, I've lifted the ban.
