Can a player be banned using the IP obtained in-game that has an x replacing the last octet or digit, whatever it's called? Thanks!

That would be e.g. 123.123.123.0/24, affecting 123.123.123.anything, but the operator of a server should be able to get the full address for this.

No you can't put the IP 123.123.123.x into a blacklist and expect it to work, ask the server owner for the full IP. Altho you could put 123.123.123.0-123.123.123.255 (that would blacklist 256 IP addresses), but that would be overkill i think. |
