Jg99, seeing as his last screenshot is a shot of his ports, you might want to give some real advice. He has read common problems (as seen by his selection of screenshots) and is stumped.

Halosham1, Jg99 was right, I dont think you forwarded your ports correctly. I see that your first port (28763) says "TCP Any -> 28763" (and UDP as well), however your second port (28764) says "TCP [/i]28764 -> 28764" (and UDP as well). Not knowing exactly what these messages mean, I am going to make a stab that you want to fix the first port to look more like the second.

The 28763 port is also forward to the external IP.

There is def am issue with the port forwards, as OS has already said you have one of the IP's forwarded to an external address, this will not work. Both Ports need to be forwarded to the IP of the machine on your internal LAN this IP will start 192.168, you should forward UDP for AC also you do not need both TCP and UDP. I susepct that the "Any" configuration was an attempt to get anything to work :) Also I know you have probably already considered this but make sure your server config file is using the same port.

One more bit of advice I really would not be publically showing my external and internal IP address's along with a screenie showing i had disabled my firewall. AC works fine with rules through your firewall atm with that configuration you are very expossed.

Y U NO LET PEOPLE PLAY ON YOUR SERVER?!?!?!?!?!?!? lol jkjk

I had the same problem until about a week ago. you obviously need port forwarding. if you don't know how to forward ports, i can start you out by saying that you can type your IP address into the top of your browser. from there, im lost since i have a mac :|

Log onto your router.
Set static (internal) IP for your machine.
Forward the static IP to UDP ports you are using.
Default is 28763 and 28764.
