Enable user mode/map vote

This seems like a stupid question, but all of the sudden, my server won't allow users to call votes on modes/maps. Is there a switch I can use to enable it? I have already looked through the "AssaultCube Documentation" on "Command line arguments" and "AssaultCube servers". They did not help. I also recreated my server, but this did not help either. Is it one of the sub-switched in the -P switch? If so, I can't find it.

Are you using 1 in maprot?

As in allow non admin to change map?

map:mode:time:allowVote:minplayer:maxplayer:skiplines

Yes, that was my problem. I wondered if it was a stupid mistake! I should have thought of that though!
