to set mouse acceleration to 10000 in mouse settings and spin like crazy? The ability to do so is available right through mouse settings so is it considered a hack or not?

You can do it, it's only a hack if you actually install cheats.

Most ppl are on servers to play a fun game.
Not watch some mad man spinning around like crazy. So, just do it but dont expect ppl to like it. And whats up with using 2 different users on forum?

I never understood why "spinhack" was a bannable offense. It's not providing any advantage and there are plenty of people with source mods(like ratio mod which seems to be allowed).

Mael, tbh, I am not sure.
I believe the spinhack was banned because it was a tool created to mess the aimbot detection.
