I can't find any record for your name, or the IP you posted from, in the master server logs. There isn't even a range ban anywhere near your posting IP address. I'd need a little bit more information to help you, such as your in-game name or the IP you had when you tried to get online. PM me if you don't want this made public.

You can also attempt connecting to the game without the firewall on just for a min to see if that's the problem.
