Sound issue

I am having a sound issue after installing V-man's FPS Booster. I still hear some sounds like slashing headshot ting but sometimes I do not hear anything for a while and my speakers are just fine.

You didn't read the Readme did you? there's an option to turn some sounds off and it doesn't really get to normal untill you reset your settings. So i recomend you reading a little more.
