I've looked on this forum and saw that a lot of players couldn't connect to area bans. Anyway, I've played AC a while back, and recently decided to play it again, but when I tried to play online the server didn't reply. first I thought it was because AC updated, but that didn't fix it. My online name when I last came online was Harbingerofme.

Make sure you have the last version installed.
Its version 1.1.0.4, you can get it from AssaultCube - Download it!.
Also check your firewall settings that AC has permission to connect.

This pc hasn't changed it's firewall since last time, and I downloaded and installed the new one today.

This is nothing to do with a masterserver ban. As far as I can see you were sent the server list at 22:02 UTC today, but the previous connection from you was on 20 February. Can we assume everything's working now?
