/bind <KEY> [voicecom recovertheflag "YOUR TEXT HERE"]
Replace <KEY> with key you wanna bind and YOUR TEXT HERE with the text you wanna show. I think that works. I have edit my file for this one. Edit: You was a bit quick to disconnect from IRC ;)

oh, so theres no "!" on the end? ok, got it. thats a bit weird.
yeah, no-one answered, lol xD
What OS said. AFAIK, the bit that says "voicecom recovertheflag" tells AC to play the "Recover the flag!" voicecom sound. The actual text ("Recover the flag!") could be whatever you want and it could definitely have a '!' and spaces in it.
This also applies to kicking people: when you vote to kick someone, put quotes (") around your reason so you can put spaces in it. [SELECT ALL] Code: /kick 3 "Speedhax and teamkilling" [SELECT ALL] Code: /kick 3 speedhax.and.teamkilling
