IRC help

Hi, I have 2 problems while accessing IRC..... This is the first one, that occurs when I try to access with my neighbour's IP (my provider is slow as hell atm :P)


The second problem is that I can't remember Q's auth data, so I can't login with my username and password.... How can I retrieve them?
