Facing an odd problem.
I am running AC 1.0.4 on Ubuntu 11.04.
When I try to load the game, it takes a screen capture of my desktop, and then puts it on while the games loads (so I cannot see the Assault Cube loading image). Moreover, it sticks like that even when the game is loaded. So even though I can hear gunshots, fire gunshots etc...I cannot see what is happening.
When I manage to quit the game (I have the menu options memorized), my desktop hangs. Only way is to restart the laptop.
Help.
