How do I publicise my clan?

you can go to digital reborn or cube society and join them, they are frenchies as well

why are those new players always trying to create new teams before to be in one team?

If you haven't already, I think there's a place on this forum you can introduce your clan.
There's another place in the forum where you can ask for a page on the Assault Cube Wiki too. Having your own clan site and IRC channel is a must d: And of course, as Wolf said, the best way to get noticed is playing more (public servers, clan matches with other clans...) 
The best ways are:
A) introducing your clan to everyone by opening a thread in this forum B) as Wolf said, the more you play, the more you (and your clan of course) get known Good luck with it! ;)
