Without Quotations of course that is exactly the same error I get when I enter assaultcube, I open up the game and then when it starts I am extremely laggy and I have no idea why?
Can someone please give me a step by step solution on what to do?

Make sure you have the correct drivers for your graphics card installed, and make sure they're up to date.

Ally my drivers are up to date, this recently started to occur.

Google 0xc0000005 (DON'T use the tools at 0xc0000005.net or ...com)
This is almost certainly not an AC issue, but more likely to be a RAM problem or malware.
