He was allowed wiki editing privileges only because he had a clan. That clan since passed and he was kicked by you guys. I see no reason for him to have privileges as it is. Even if he does mess with your page, there is a lovely undo button :)

I guess I can demote his wiki editing privileges not because of his threat but because he isn't in a clan anymore.

1. Don't feed trolls.
2. Everyone gets trolled all the time, but most deal with it.
