Windows 7 editing voicecoms?

So I know how to edit the voicecoms (edit the notepad thingy in the config), but everytime I try to save the updated collection of sarcastic remarks and morale-building team speeches it tells me that "the changed document cannot be saved".

Help please! I have full administrator access to this account, and modifying config settings on games like KOTOR was never a problem on previous versions of Windows. (this also means no custom skymaps for me but I don't care so much about that).

So is it possible to edit voicecoms on Windows 7? Any help is appreciated :)

You must find a way to convince your copy of Windows that you own it (and not vice-versa).
