Indeed, I've worked quite some time on this one from a tipper's inspiration, used with nicknames custom playerskins feature it allows you to dress up any disliked character in a way he/she is easier to spot and pick on...
This is a rather personal thing so I would suggest you to open a playerskin on your paint program and sort one of your own state of mind.
Dementium4ever was actually a one off give-away.

Ok but if I make a skin and put it in game its just black or really dark I can't figure out how the filter works and what level is the limit. But ok I can try and recreate the skin I suppose :P
