Weird ammo box in lss

I was doing a 1 vs 1 with U|JMM and this is what happened on lss.
He saw the ammo too, ask him yourself. It was really weird so please tell me what happened.

douze is a glitchy map AFAIK. Armor and health pickups spawn in LSS as well.

But how the heck does that even happen? How does a map by itself causes glitches like that? I know the map format and I have no idea what in the map itself could cause this kind of behaviour... I figured there's got to be some kinda bug somewhere :/

Yea, once i picked up health in LSS and then for the rest of the match, couldnt pick up nades. LoL
