okay i know how to do the voicecoms, u press v and yeah. but some people type something unrelated and then it comes with the voicecom, and i wanna know how. like i was online playing ac_desert TOSOK and then team cla won the round, so this guy types 'yay us!' but then it comes with the voicecom 'alright! we did it!'. i asked people on the server how to do it, but the text goes away too fast for me to read because of all the the other stuff popping up. if anyone know how plz reply, thx :D

They're in config/menu_voicecom.cfg!
Open it with any text editor and look for those strings!

By the way, you can press F11 to enlarge the console, and use the Minus key on the keypad to scroll up (and KP Plus to reset again).

You can use the /voicecom command to call any voicecom and accompany it with any text on-the-fly. Or, as Andrez mentioned, you can edit menu_voicecom.cfg to change the menu. You can also add specific keybinds that have your own text accompanying a voicecom sound.
I believe R4zor made a custom menu that simplified custom voicecom text on-the-fly.
