I've been updating my svn and its server on a daily basis(i use the TortoiseSVN, and i run windows 7), but today I get this error

Command Update
Update C:\Users\Family\Desktop\AC-SVN\bin_win32\ac_server.exe
Update C:\Users\Family\Desktop\AC-SVN\bin_win32\ac_client.exe
Error In directory 'C:\Users\Family\Desktop\AC-SVN\bin_win32'

Error 'C:\Users\Family\Desktop\AC-SVN\bin_win32\ac_server.exe': Access is denied.

Did you check write permissions?

Isn't "svn-81B55475" just the versioning part of the software? If so, does it matter?

the svn folder is on my desktop and the acount is the admin, so it should have those permissions.
But if what RR says is true, then it doesn't matter i guess :/

Try it, however you should be compiling each time you update the SVN, otherwise its kinda pointless as they hardly ever update the binaries.

I found the problem, turns out i had to stop my server before updating..
