Is the Master Server offline?

My Assault Cube doesn't connect to any servers. When I try to join a Multiplayer match, It says "master server is not replying. Get more information at http://masterserver.cubers.net, so I go there and it says I need to update my client, so I go to the download page and get v1.1.0.4, but it still doesn't connect. I've re-downloaded multiple times and have /resetcfg 1, but no luck. I'm at noob at these forums, so please help.

I have. Turned them all off, ect. I've had AC a couple months now and played nearly everyday. It's just recently, and I've had the same firewall since.

This happens to me sometimes, and it has nothing to do with the game, its something with your Internet connection perhaps.
