So i wanted to play a FPS but I'm a mac so I ended up finding this. So I download the game and i cant play against anyone and I cant find out how anywhere I look.

Did you read the introduction? For a quick game, press Esc > Multiplayer > Join a server. Make sure you have the latest version, downloaded from http://assault.cubers.net/download.html.

Can you give us more info about the problems you have or maybe show us with a screenshot

You are going to need to give us some more information on your situation. have you installed it? have you run it? can you connect to any servers?
You haven't given us anything to go off of, and until you do, I can only tell you to read the docs.
