I have read the message from someone, but eventually it will say there's one mail you didnt read but I have already read it.

Here on the forums? This thread is for the game. A better place for that would be Infrastructure, though I don't have the same error.

I guess thats not a bug but a delay in the system sending emails.

Could also simply be an outdated tab in your browser - a refresh should make the display current.

That's caused by a connection problem. It happens to me often, since my connection is less than dial-up.
