Gun Flash but no hits?

Seems as tho i'm shooting close range at the wall. every shot fired is a bright flash but does no damage, any gun period. only way im able to kill anyone is with a grenade or using a knife. hell i cant even kill a bot close range after about 30 or more shots because it doesnt seem to be connecting. is it the hit box messing up, or my connection? what can i do to fix this.

We've seen this bug. Update your gfx card drivers or try adjusting your resolution until you find one that works.
