He has many servers in his list but only three of them show players.
The pings are high and many of them are identical. There's a problem with his connection/client/whatever.

Fix your lag and this will be solved.

It's a common problem when you join a 24/7 Douze or Rifle Camper server. I suggest you never join them again, for the rest of you life. :P
