everytime i try and load a map into a server and then try to play it, it says it doesnt meet multiplayer requirements. i followed all the rules and stuff but it just doesnt work. please help.

MAKE SURE YOUR FLAGS ARE FAR APART. 30 cubes apart I've been informed. Also, don't put pickups on top of each other or too close to each other.
No open spaces bigger than 10000 cubes, average ceiling height of 30 cubes max.
Make sure that you use lots of solid walls, especially on bigger maps.
Also, ensure that you've read the docs. They are god.

AKIMBO or quadrolpolis are the usual choices for the map.
Imageshack is good for uploading your screenshots.

DON'T upload draft maps, especially such that don't meet the requirements, to these sites. Use a file uploading service such as
MediaFire.
