Time Zone Error?

I live in South Australia and with the GMT +9:30 time zone, the time is 1 hour behind the real time. For example, if I post something at 8:17 PM, it will show up as 7:17 PM.

Does anyone know why this might be happening? I've checked the real time on the internet and everything, so I'm definitely not mistaken.

There are Daylight Savings Time settings in your User CP options. If it's on Auto, and that isn't working correctly, change it to on or off.
