You can put anything as the name, as long as it makes sense to you. Server IP address would be the internal IP I suppose, and external port start/end would be 28763/28764 or whatever port you set, then that port +1. Read http://assault.cubers.net/docs/server.html.

if they never read any doc, how can they ever make a server!? the portforward part is very different depends on what router you have (but you can find it on portforward.com FROM THE VIDEO)

no they just make a new topic: "How to Make my Server Name/Description colorful" or "How to make my server a dedicated server" etc...

which is something they SHOULDNT do. its in the docs, which they wont read. if you want to create a good tutorial, make something like this. it shows how to do a lot of commandline and colors. and setting a static ip should be included in the tutorial, not just redirecting to a website. that way, people wont come crying to us when the server works one day and not another :X

I wish people would link to the official documentation; it's all fine and well having some extra sites providing extra snippets - but there's good content on the wiki already, if that can be improved upon - become an editor and help out everyone that can click on the links in the header of this page ;-)
portforwarding problems generally can be solved by reading the manual of your router, if not supplied by the ISP the site portforward.com is usually the place to go.
Problems using the server-wizard usually resolve themselves when you don't enter anything into fields you don't know what they're about - just hit ENTER, sane defaults are better than guesswork entries!
