Actually, I second you. This whole clan list things has grown into exactly the kind of "official clans system" we never wanted. Clans should be added to the wiki because they're relevant (e.g. have been around for a long time, operate some high-quality servers,...), not because they posted here and actually managed to read the requirements in the first post (which seems to be a challenge on its own).

No clue what "clan BR" is considering it doesn't match the tag you posted below

You need to be at least three months of age to get on the wiki and then prove it.

IRC does not stand for AC Servers, it stands for Internet Relay Chat. However you can include this info if you desire under basic clan info.

Regardless, you have to prove that you are older than three months; otherwise anyone could say any date they want.

April 29th plus three months is July 29th... if that is the earliest date you can find anyways. I could care less how old you claim your clan to be, the only thing I want to see is proof that it is at least three months old. Otherwise please do not post again after me until July 29th.

I was looking at the AC wiki's "list of clans," and noticed a few that should be moved to the "retired" list.
These include...

Sniping Killers |SK|
and Top Gunner Squad ~TgS~

There are some other possible ones (BCFH|, |LN|, etc.) but I wasn't too sure about them, so if somebody could confirm those that would help.

How you prove it is up to you but something easy to edit such as a log will not suffice. Show me a link on your website that says you made the site on this date or something.
