I tried using the scalelight command to dim down the room a little bit cause it was too bright and each time i tried it only made it super dark and now its to the point where whatever values i type in it stays pitch black. I might even be entering the values wrong, idk. Any help is appreciated to fix this issue.
Also, how would i disperse the lights and with what settings to produce the closest possible effect similar to fullbright?

:/ It's because I would have felt stupid if someone gave me all the answers instead of having the satisfaction of figuring it out on my own, and we want you to have that.
Though, I can see why my sentiments are not common.

The first argument scales the light's radius to a percentage size (you can go below or over 100), and the second argument scales the brightness (also can go below or over 100).
Example:
makes it very dark, and the light entities in the map are tiny.
makes the map very bright, almost like fullbright.
So, basically, once you enter a scalelights command, the lights are at a
percentage of what they were before. As long as that percentage is under 100, the lights will get smaller and/or dimmer; as long as the percentage is over 100, the lights will get larger and brighter.

Thank you. And no worries, I was just a bit frustrated this morning. I will try this and see how it works, although at one time i attempted to use values like this: Scalelights 10000000 1000000000 when it was dark and nothing changed. Its strange.
Your help is much appreciated.

I'd suggest you try using the
ambient setting! For example:
If you like to live in the Tripod-World .. or ..
If you're so geeked-up on AC that you just need that colour in ambience too ;)
Naturally
makes your map fullbright .. and all lights useless.
