get your server on the 'match server menu' mod!

hey all,

awhile back i made a pretty basic match server menu mod which did its job and was helpful to me and i hope others ;)
now i don't even use the menu since i know most of the connects, but, i know many others don't..

so, help me re-make the match server menu mod by posting the following below for any match/private servers you know:

[SELECT ALL] Code:

//connect:
//ac version:

these servers must be able to be closed/privated (mastermode 1 or 2) by player vote
once all the servers are posted, i will upload the menu for all to enjoy, and continue to update :)
