I wouldn't exactly ask "How do you know that the client was modded?", but more like "How did you know the download had malware?"

This download isn't Assaultcube modded with hacks... it's a file that looks like the actual game but it's actually something that when opened will harm your PC.

FYI, PC's aren't Windows computers. If you take 1 minute of your life to research about it, you'll find it actually means Personal Computer ;)
