No Muzzle flash

I cant see any muzzleflash in game.When I shoot weapon shakes and sound plays but nothing else.I havent modified anything,and even after installing "realtime muzzle flash" nothing changed! What to do?
My PC:
ATi Radeon HD 2600
Windows XP

Are you sure you installed it correct? If you mean my realtime muzzleflash, it works ONLY for the unmoded subgun.
